Cycling Activities
Alpine is our base for cycling and boasts some of
the greatest riding in San Diego. We offer shorter and longer
routes each day. All the terrain in this region is considered
"rolling" with varying degrees of small climbs and
some long climbs. We are closely
positioned to Mt Laguna which, being the highest mountain here
in San Diego, sits at roughly 6,000 ft making an excellent area
for climbing. The base mileage for each day is roughly between
40 and 80 miles depending on the loop. Additional shorter and
longer rides are possible depending on the route options.
